I have been in the salvage business for 20 years or more and I did all the paper work for the place.  We also had a used dealer lot and took care of the titles.  I have had just about every incident you can think of.  At this time I can just help the people in Oklahoma to get titles for their vehicles.  If you are bringing in a vehicle from another state I can help you as long as you have an Oklahoma resident.


I need a copy of your Id preferable drivers license because it has a picture with your signature on it.  I use this in your paperwork as I have to notarize all forms that you will need to sign.  I will need the year make model and vin number and old tag if it has one.

I send out a packet to you with a letter of everything I need and you can send back to me.
Please be sure to put you name telephone number and address in the package and let me know if the address on your ID is correct.
I get $100. if I can find the last owner of the vehicle.  If I cannot find the last owner then I have to run add in a legal paper for 3 weeks and cost is 125. to 150. depending on the county you are in.  I know most people get alot more than this but I am grateful God is helping me and I want to help bless others.


Can I Drive my car while I am doing a Title 42?

If you get caught driving a title 42 car with out a current tag and it gets impounded
You do not have a title to prove it is your car.  You will be driving someone elses
car. Well there is the stolen vehicle question.   It is illegal for you to drive this vehicle untill you get the tag on it and the insurance which the title 42 has to be
approved before you get that.  If you do not want to lose the car or get throwed
in jail for stolen vehicle I would suggest don't drive it.

I have a lot of repeat customers.  I have 4 salvage yards I service and numerous mechanic shops as well as the walk in customers.  I do them in the order that they come in.  I will not ever take your money and leave you without the title 42 paperwork to go get your tag and title but please remember the process takes time so why not start it today so you will have it as soon as possible.  Some things i have to have time to do some research on also.
Most of them I can get in 4 weeks but there are occasions when some of them will take 8 weeks so don't get in a hurry.  I will get it for you.

What To Do With A Vehicle Without A Title

It is against the law to sell a vehicle without a title and if you purchase one without a title it even gets messer.

Now I got this vehicle and what do I do with it. I cain't drive it on the street with no tag and if I get pulled over in it with no tag and it gets impounded then the problem is compounded. Help can somebody please get me out of this mess. Now I have a big bill and cain't get my car out of impound because I have no title. Boy that car was a good deal huh. Was it worth it to pay under half price and get a mess that you can not keep or drive. You know you can not keep parking it in the driveway with no tag because here comes the city to give you a ticket to either move it or to bring it up to date. Gee I would really like to do that but no title.

Surely there must be someone out there who can help me get a title to this car. Some one that can understand my problem, and can help me out of this mess. I really wished I had listened to blank blank and stayed out of this mess.

Have you ever been entrapped in the circumstance before? It really is not much fun but you know you saved alot of money and the guy said he had a title. What he did not tell you was it also had a lien on the vehicle and now you find out that he really did not not own it all.
