I Do Title 42 work and have done it for years. It usually takes from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the process.
I am a notary and notarize anything as long as you have an id.

In the state of Oklahoma  you have to have your bill of sales notarized or they are not worth anything.  Your titles have to be notarized.  Some states are not required to do this but in the state of Oklahoma it is required.  This is just for your information
